Recognizing this, we decided to implement a lifetime warranty on our nanochips! We are committed to making sure everyone who buys from us is able to show off their NanoBless pieces for life!
What is Covered:
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, cracks or blemishes on the chip upon receiving your order, looseness in the chip, etc.
In addition to errors on our end, we will replace your chip if it cracks or falls off!
What is Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, theft, or any alteration or repair performed by a third party. It also does not cover damage due to blemishes due to chemicals, lotions, make-up, and perspiration.
How to Claim:
In the rare event that you encounter an issue covered by our Lifetime Warranty, please contact our customer service team at help@nanobless.com. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for inspection and, if necessary, repair or replacement. Our customers will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return the product to us but we will cover the chip at no charge!
Terms and Conditions:
- This Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
- Any unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by a third party will void the warranty.
- We reserve the right to determine whether the damage is covered by the warranty.
