Duties and Taxes

  • United States: Sales tax will be calculated at checkout, where applicable.
  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship through UPS for both domestic and international orders to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • For damaged items, email us at help@nanobless.com with photos and your order number within 1-5 days of receiving item.
